Full Journal pdf2017-04-17 House Journal Page 1157 HB 137 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1149) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 137 "An Act redesignating the Alaska State Council on the Arts as a public corporation and governmental instrumentality of the state; defining the powers and duties of the Alaska State Council on the Arts; providing exemptions from certain statutes for the Alaska State Council on the Arts; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The bill was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
